Moving Pictures embodies a team of creative individuals driven by a passion for the multimedia arts combined with a compassion for our clients and their visions. We have run the gambit from corporate & government videos, to documentaries & social media campaign clips, and even music videos. We handle broadcast content, sports videos, political media, PSAs & non-profit video productions. We are proud of our vast experience in the field & soundstage, the boardroom and the editing room. We have pounded the ground, both domestic & international, produced in the conference hall and on the playing field. Julio Luzquinos is an ace cameraman, drone pilot, and director of photography with over two decades of studio and field experience. Primarily based in the Baltimore-Washington DC area, Julio has travelled & worked internationally to see the world through the lens of his many cameras. He has worked extensively on Comedy Central’s The Daily Show, FEMA, NBC’s Parks & Recreation, Sunday Night Football Halftime Show, Modern Marvels on The History Channel, TLC’s Hoarders: Buried Alive and shoots exquisite drone footage. Julio enjoys nature and is a snow ski enthusiast.

Moving Pictures shoots primarily with the the Sony F3 and HDX-900. We have experience with Panasonic Varicam, CineAlta F900, PDW-F800 XDCAM, Sony EX3, and Canon 5D & 7D. A recently purchased a Sony F55 is now in the mix. The F55 has 4K CMOS imagers with global shutter, wider color gamut, and can capture 4K, 2K or HD video internally. Absolutely stunning images.
